Our single bed-story barn conversion with lofty high ceilings and original beams throughout has a light and airy feel. Facilities are modern and tasteful, furnished with pine, creating a simple country style. French windows throughout, over-bath power showers with giant shower heads, and gas heating. Huge trampoline in the barn – great for the children!Situated adjacent to fields with views to the paddock and stunning Cotswold countryside, guests are welcome to enjoy the eleven acres of the farm.Village shops and local pubs, renowned for excellent food, are just a moment or two away. The village has a request train stop, or for more frequent trains, Charlbury is only 5 miles.A damage waiver cheque for £300 will be required on arrival, to be held (unpaid in) in the office, until the stay is over, to cover for any damage or extra cleaning, over and above the 6 hours already included..

The Haven : sleeps 8, weekly prices are from £425. Well-equipped Farmhouse Kitchen - Double doors to private patio garden - and front door to the courtyard. with Dining table seats 8. Sofa bed and Sky TV.

Living room - Large - light - double bed aspect room with three sets of patio doors and window to field. Three sofas - two of which are bed settees - Sky TV and Hi Fi.

Bedroom 1 - Twin beds or king-size double bed. Sunny room facing private patio garden.
