The accommodation consists of a good sized lounge / diner, 2 bedrooms both with vanity unit and toilet (1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom), bathroom which includes an over bath POWER SHOWER, kitchen / breakfast room, utility room including WASHING MACHINE and tumble dryer. All rooms have thermostatically controlled radiators. Outside parking for 2 cars, small rear garden (a nice sun trap) and front garden. Bridport is a 10-12 min level walk and the sea an 8-10 min level walk, the bungalow is an ideal base from which to explore Dorset, East Devon and South Somerset. The owners receive guests and live only 100 yds away - so are on hand if required. |
