    The village has many shops, good restaurants and pubs, 4 churches and 3 duck ponds, all within a short walk. St Tiggywinkles wildlife hospital is located in the village. The railway station is a short walk away giving 50 minute access to London. Oxford is 30 minutes by bus or car. The attractive market town of Thame is 3 miles away. National Trust’s Waddesdon Manor is eight miles away.

    The cottage is well stocked with books, videos, CDs and children’s games.
    The Chilterns (designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) are a short drive away. An excellent area for cycling, walking, culture and bird watching. Red Kites can be seen regularly flying over the village.
